Hi, I'm Christine!

At 52 I became a CHAMPIONSHIP IRONMAN ATHLETE AND MENOPAUSE COACH

I've always been interested in health and fitness because there’s nothing more attractive than a strong, confident woman looking and feeling her best!


Back when I was an RN and daycare owner, my stress levels were exuberant. And although exercise for mental health wasn't talked about as much as it is now, I was getting all the benefits without even realizing it. I was able to work long days on my feet and remain injury-free and mentally healthy. Feeling healthy and looking fit became a passion I couldn’t ignore... so I knew, I had to make this my new career if I wanted to be fully satisfied with my life.


I became a Metafit group teacher, a personal trainer, and a holistic healthy nutritional weight loss coach. I also got my certification in active aging. Since then, I've focused my nutrition business on Gut gut-friendly foods to help keep the gut healthy and improve digestion, which is very important for women who have gone through menopause or experiencing current symptoms.


I’m now going through menopause, so I use what I know about nutrition and exercise to make decisions about how to live my life and deal with the changes that come at this time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to track calories?

Yes, but not forever. The idea is for you NOT to be tied to a tracker app and scale, but in the beginning, you will LEARN about quantity based on the needs of your own body. To see results we need to get dialed in for what your body needs and create healthy habits and from there, you will be able to intuitively eat.

What is eating gut friendly?

“Gut disrupters" are many things that put stress on our digestive system. This can cause a number of symptoms over time, such as weight gain, feeling tired all the time, aching joints, bloating after eating, brain fog, and general inflammation. Learn about eating "gut-friendly foods" that will reduce or eliminate menopausal symptoms.

Will I lose weight on your program?

That depends on YOU. I will provide the tools to ensure you are eating enough for your body and your goals. I will also make sure your plan incorporates the proper exercises based on where you are at in your own fitness journey. If you are ready to commit fully, there is NO WAY you won’t be happy with the results!
